Today we drove to the edge of the great Rift Valley to visit the Kijabe Hospital and Rift Valley Acadamy. I was able to meet 2 of the missionary doctors that work there and I was so encouraged to see the incredible work that they are doing there. Of course they mentioned that they will be running short on family physicians with 2 of them leaving later this year. Hudson made friends right away with Joanna, a 3 year old little African girl adopted by 1 of the doctors. Jude was very content and happy the whole trip, much better than last night when he decided to not go to sleep until about 5am. We would appreciate prayers for jet lag. Thanks and God bless.

V, did you get an ergo-baby carrier? Those are supposed to be great. One of my friends doing missions work in Thailand has one, too.

That flower from your house has been such a wonderful gift from God. Every time I see it I think about you all and I am reminded to pray for you in Kenya. I was thinking about her pictures, but God has other plans in mind!

Hang in there with the jet lag! Ryan and I had it for quite a while. Now I kind of miss it. When I would take a shower, I felt like I was on a ship (we were both really dizzy). The good news is, it wasn't nearly as hard to adjust once we got back. We are still praying for you!
I noticed you visited my blog... not sure how you found it! But what an amazing story and memory you guys are you going to make. You will fall in love with the people! My Mom has been to Mombassa, Kenya and Moshi, Tanzania for mission trips! I love hearing her stories and experiences! What amazing people. God bless!
